Asha Shajahan is a board certified family physician, podcaster and writer, who's trained in media and medicine at Harvard. She is the Graduate Medical Education Director of Health Disparities and Health Equity at Beaumont Health. She is the Medical Director of Community Health at Beaumont Hospital, Grosse Pointe and an Assistant Professor at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. She currently sees primary care patients and does homeless outreach in Detroit.
